(Fridge/Cupboard)-Hunting

I may have found a flat, which has the following advantages:
- brand new
- shiny shiny shiny - the front door really looks like a fridge door
- there's a crazy sliding glass door as the front door to the building
- it's cycling distance from the language school
- somewhere this nice would cost me my soul in London
