Heroic Noise Pollution

Imagine going into a shop that sells televisions. Each one is tuned to a different channel (mainly music, preferably thrashy) and they're all TURNED UP TO MAXIMUM VOLUME. That is what a lot of the busier parts of Tokyo (especially a whole load of the shops) are like, and it's quite tiring!
